In the settings menu at the upper right side of the screen, Click on COMPANY PROFILE 2. Click on EDIT COMPANY PROFILE and tap on TEAM Tab 3. Tap on NEW USER and fill in the required information 4. SAVE the changes in order to proceed 5. After the new user is saved, you must assign user role and Invite him to set new password and activate the account *Admin permissions needed

To build your professional freight network: 1. Click on “Network Portal” under “Dashboards” menu. 2. FAST Search 3. Use the filters to search for the right partner 4. Click on “Connect” to invite the partner to your network 5. if you don’t find all your freight partners, you can invite them to register and connect easily.

To share photos to your network: 1. Click on SHARE YOUR COMPANY NEWS at the top of your homepage timeline. 2. Click on Photo button. 3. Select the photos or videos you want to add. 4. Write an optional update and click Publish.

In the main menu click on MASTER DATA -> PARTNERS MANAGEMENT -> PARTNERS 2. Click on NEW PARTNER or click on EDIT from the list below 3. Select ROLE from multi-select list (if you don't find any role that matches the partner you can leave it blank – For “Customer” leave blank) 4. if the role of the partner is Carrier, you should select the type of service in CARRIER TYPES multi-select list 5. You can upload the partner's LOGO 6. Insert the partner's NAME 7. Insert the partner's LEGAL ENTITY (LEGAL NAME) 8. Insert the partner's VAT/ID/Company Registration Number 9. Insert the partner's CURRENCY 10. Select the COUNTRY of the partner 11. Insert phone number 12. Insert the main EMAIL of the partner 13. Insert the CITY 14. Insert the ADDRESS of the partner 15. Insert ZIP CODE 16. If the partner has a CUSTOMER role, mark “Is Customer” filed 17. If your mark the partner as customer you should select the CUSTOMER TYPE from the dropdown list 18. Set up your execution process steps structure for all your freight services, for example, FCL service will include: Booking, HBL Printout, Shipping Documents Handling, Etc… To setup your companies Process Steps: 1. Click on SERVICE MIX under CONFIGURATIONS menu. 2. Click on Edit button next to the service mix you want to edit 3. Add “Templet Steps” related to each “Logical Routing” in the service mix 4. Click on NEW TEMPLATE STEP 5. Choose the EXPECTED TIME TYPE of execution (when this step should be executed) 6. Choose a PROCESS STEP * You can create new Process Steps in the PROCESS STEPS menu under CONFIGURATIONS. 7. Choose the +/- DAYS from the EXPECTED TIME TYPE 8. Add an “Execution Tool” to the process step, the Execution Tools includes email templates, printouts, integrations, and file folders. To create an Execution Tool head on to the EXECUTION TOOLS menu under CONFIGURATIONS. 9. Select the SERVICE TRADES – Import, Export, Domestic, Cross 10.
